概要

町田市小山田桜台団地周辺を対象に、テレワーカーの新しいライフスタイルを提案する。対象地は都心部へのアクセスが約1時間と交通不便が課題である一方で居住地近くに豊かな農地・緑地が残存する地域であり、都心居住とも地方のテレワークセンターとも異なる「生活・仕事・余暇活動の共存を可能にするライフスタイル」のポテンシャルがあると捉えた。
具体的な案として、コワーキングスペースや保育施設などを兼ね備えた「テレコア」を中心に持つ半径500mの「テレノード」を複数箇所設定し、テレノード・ 地域高齢者による短時間保育マッチングサービス・市民農園区画の使用をパックにした「テレノード会員制度」（月額制）を提案する。テレコアには小山田桜台団地の住棟の一部をリノベーションして用いる「団地モデル」、農地に隣接したコミュニティ施設等を再活用する「ファームモデル」の二種類があり、会員はそれらを使用しつつ週に何日かは通勤することも可能である。

Abstract

We propose a new lifestyle for teleworkers around the Oyamada Sakuradai housing complex in Machida City. The target area locates about 30km away from central Tokyo, and rich farmland and green spaces remain near the residential area. It is considered that there is a potential of “a lifestyle that enables coexistence of daily life, work, and leisure activities. As a concrete plan, multiple “telenodes” with a radius of 500m centered on the “telecore”, which has coworking spaces and childcare facilities, are put in the area. And we propose a “telenode membership system” that packs some services -the use of telenodes, a short-time childcare matching service by local elderly people, and a farmland plot.
There are two types of telecores: a housing complex model that uses part of the Oyamada Sakuradai housing complex to renovate, and a farm model that reuses community facilities adjacent to farmland. Members can also commute for several days a week as well as using the telecores.
